Avocado Rice Cakes

Avocados are packed with fats that are essential for our health and wellbeing. Supporting the nervous system and hormone signalling. The addition of red onion brings a tangy depth of flavour. A great snack!


  • ½-1 avocado
  • ½ small red onion (diced)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Chilli flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Half and stone avocado and add to a mixing bowl. Smash until smooth.
  2. Add in the red onion and lime juice and mix well.
  3. Add in chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
  4. Top onto rice cakes and enjoy! Tag us @welleasyuk
