Avocados are packed with fats that are essential for our health and wellbeing. Supporting the nervous system and hormone signalling. The addition of red onion brings a tangy depth of flavour. A great snack!
- ½-1 avocado
- ½ small red onion (diced)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Chilli flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Half and stone avocado and add to a mixing bowl. Smash until smooth.
- Add in the red onion and lime juice and mix well.
- Add in chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
