Avocado Salad

A scrumptious leafless salad that contains high levels of healthy fats. These fats help to maintain cognitive functioning and support healthy heart. Lemon juice is high in vitamin C which helps to support the health of your skin and immune system.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

1. Wash and chop cucumber and tomatoes and place into a large mixing bowl. Half and stone the avocado and add into the bowl. Add lemon juice, oil and seasoning.

2. Combine all ingredients well.
