Banana Bread Baked Oats

Here at WellEasy we are confident we have produced the best baked oats recipe out there! Chewy, soft and baked to perfection! Packed with cacao which is one of nature’s highest sources of magnesium. It is also packed full of antioxidants called flavonoids. Which has an incredibly inflammatory lowering effect within the body!

Ingredients:

•40g oat flour

•1 tsp baking powder

•1 tsp cacao powder

•1 banana (mashed)

•175ml almond milk

•1 tsp peanut butter

•raspberries

Method:

1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Combine oat flour, baking powder, cacao powder together and mix well.

3. Add in the mashed banana and almond milk and transfer into an oven proof dish.

4. Topping with peanut butter and raspberries before placing into the oven.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Until the oats have slightly browned and have formed a crisp top.

6. Remove, serve and enjoy!
