Beetroot Houmous

Houmous with a tangy twist! A super scrumptious take on a kitchen staple dish. Suitable for all sorts of occasions! This recipe will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small cooked beetroot
  • 1 tin of chickpeas (drained)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp os balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt to taste

Method:

1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse blend until you have reached your desired texture.

2. Add splashes of the chickpea water if you need to thin out the mixture.
