Carrot Cake Baked Oats

Carrot cake for breakfast – yes please! This recipe promises to help fuel your body as well as tasting delicious. Oats are a fantastic source of fibre which helps to keep your gut happy and healthy.

Ingredients:

•40g oats (blended)

•1 tsp baking powder

•1 tsp ground cinnamon

•1 small carrot (grated)

•3 crushed walnuts

•1 small handful of raisins

•1 tsp honey

•175ml unsweetened almond milk

Method:

1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Add all of the ingredients into an oven proof dish and mix well.

3. Bake for 10-15minutes (until you’ve reached your desired texture)

4. Top with flaked almonds and enjoy!
