A low carb, keto friendly, paleo friendly, plant-based based dish. Cauliflower rice is a great substitute to rice and takes hardly any time to create! Packed full of fibre to keep you fuelled and sustained throughout the day.
All you need:
- 100g Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Chop and blend cauliflower.
2. Warm olive oil in a pan.
3. Cook for 3-5mins – add seasoning
