Snack time! A simple scrumptious dish to help fuel you through the day. Celery contains anti-inflammatory properties as well as being packed with vital vitamins and minerals to sustain your health.
- WellEasy Houmous (see previous recipe)
- 2-3 sticks of Celery
- Smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Make sure you have houmous ready and chilled
- Wash and slice celery sticks into finger length pieces. Using a teaspoon add houmous into the centre of the sticks.
- Top with smoked paprika and seasoning
