Houmous Topped Celery Boats

Snack time! A simple scrumptious dish to help fuel you through the day. Celery contains anti-inflammatory properties as well as being packed with vital vitamins and minerals to sustain your health.

Method:

  1. Make sure you have houmous ready and chilled
  2. Wash and slice celery sticks into finger length pieces. Using a teaspoon add houmous into the centre of the sticks.
  3. Top with smoked paprika and seasoning
