Kale Crisps

A cheesy snack dish (with no cheese!). Crispy kale crips are a great way to make use of kale. Dark leafy greens are fantastic for health – Kale in particular is packed with a wide range of vitamins that help to support a healthy diet.



  1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees,
  2. Soak and rinse cashews. Place into a food processor and blitz together until smooth. 
  3. Wash and rinse kale. 
  4. Combine the kale with the cashew cheesy mix. Place onto a baking tray and bake for 10-15mins. Stir occasionally. Bake for longer for more crisp!
