A classic with a herby twist! Coriander is rich in antioxidants which help to boost immunity and heart health.
Ingredients:
•1 tin chickpeas
•1 tbsp tahini
•1 lemon (juice)
•1 handful of fresh coriander
•1 clove of garlic
•1 tbsp of olive oil
•sprinkle of sea salt
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
2. Pulse blend until smooth, but remaining a slight texture.
3. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
