Unsure how is best to cook your tofu? A simple baked tofu dish, topped with miso paste to help create a rich depth of flavour. This recipe is low carb and suitable for people following a ketogenic diet.
•200g cherry tomatoes
•1 tbsp olive oil
•2-3 cloves of garlic
•1 block @clearspringuk Tofu (stocked at Well Easy)
•1 tbsp @clearspringuk miso
•bunch of asparagus
•1/2 a courgette
1. Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees.
2. Add into a baking tray tomatoes, oil, garlic tofu, miso and bake for 20-25minutes.
3. Whilst the tofu is baking grill your asparagus and create your courgette noodles.
4. Once the tofu dish is cooked through, mash all together (including the garlic which you may need to remove the skin.
5. Plate up and enjoy!
