Paleo Porridge

A grain free porridge! This recipe is a great way to mix up your morning routine. Packed with heaps of healthy fats and protein to keep you feeling full and fuelled. The consistency matches similarly to other porridges and has an earthy, nutty flavour!


•250ml of almond milk (or coconut)

•1 handful of almonds (ground up in a food processor)

•1 tbsps of Desiccated Coconut (or ground coconut flakes)

• 1 tsp of  Flaxseed

• 1 tsp of Chia Seeds

• 1 banana

• 1 tsp of cinnamon


1. Start by warming the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat.

2. Add in your ground almonds, coconut, flax seed, chia seeds, banana and cinnamon.

3. Cook until you have reached your desired consistency.

4. Top with fresh pear and honey

5. Serve and enjoy!
