Red Cabbage Quick Pickle

Looking for a healthy addition to top on salads, BBQ’s or as part of a picnic. This recipe is packed full of goodness – apple cider vinegar contains probiotic bacteria which help to support a healthy gut.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Red cabbage┬á
  • 4 Pickled cucumbers
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to tatse

Method:

1. finely chop up the red cabbage and pickled cucumbers

2. Add into a mixing bowl followed by your other ingredients
