Tofu & Tahini Spring Green Wraps

A twist on a spring wrap! Adding all the colour, jazz and zing to a wholesome dish. This recipe is a great snack option or main and it keto friendly.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 block of firm tofu

•1/2 tsp smoked paprika

•salt & pepper to taste

•spring green leafs (as many as you want!)

•1 carrot (thinly sliced)

•1 string onion

•1/2 an avocado

tahini (1 tsp per wrap)

Method:

1. Cook tofu in a frying pan with the spices

2. Prepare veggies together.

3. Combine all together and assemble your wraps!
